| EMG-HZ replacement PFR-4 pickup style

I have a Schecter bass with EMG-HZ pickups and even with a Seymour Duncan 3 band Preamp I cant get the clarity and midrange that Im looking for.
I really like the PFR-4 pickups in my Ibanez basses and the open poled Humbuckers in my G&L 2500,is there a open pole Humbucker style pickup that will sound like the PFR-4 pickups but fit in the 35 EMG hole?
