EMG issue need HELP!!(i cant turn off my pickups)

Hi, my problem doesnt look much serious, but i dont know source of my problems and it makes me anxious

I had some issues with input jack which i resolved. But another issue occured i think it was caused by opening and moving with cables....

when i turn off both volume pots, my bass still produces signal(weak BUT it still plays) :-/

i think(and believe) that this havent got anything with pickups or active electronics, it must be in pot wiring.

I would check it by my multimeter but i havent got it presently at home.

So if anybody have same experience...

All cables are well soldered by eye (but there can be some "cold joins")

Iam not sure if its important i have EMG PJ active pickups with BTC electronics.

Thanks for your advices.

A volume pot is bad. Replace it and all will be well.
