EMG Jazz Series Active Pickups

I have been pointed in the right direction for easy install actives. The sound I am aiming to emulate is a rugged low end sound with a lot of punch. I am trying to find which of the six models works the best to cancel noise. I should mention again that Justin Chancellor's tone is something I'd like to experiment with. So i'vebeen looking at the j models for EMG and I haven't a clue where to look to compare them side by side.

All EMG pickups are noise free, but to get Justin Chancellors tone you need a very punchy, midrangey bass IMO.

Yes I understand the jazz is a completely different animal but it should be nothing if I gutted it and maybe even put in humbuckers.
