Here are the details of a horrific attempt at ordering from Instrument Pro.com–
Ordered Jan 20th from instrument pro.com (order details show in stock & will be shipping on 2/6/06)
Order not rec’d for two weeks after the date advised–
Called to find out it will be a couple weeks – phone rep advised he would follow up with a delivery date – Never Happened. - No email update rec’d
4 emails sent & 1 Voice mail later– Still no replies
2/20 Next day I send an email to cancel the order
Next day I check my email I rec’d a shipping conformation for 2/20
Called to check on the order again 2/21– Phone rep tells me “well it hasn’t shipped yet I’ve got the order right here in front of me”
– after I told him I rec’d confirmation of the item shipping the previous day
Requested to cancel my order with the moron (they can’t do that because I need to fill out an online form) – asked for the owners email address (Michael Lee 1-800-805-0852 ext 205) and sent an email advising how discussed I am with the support of his company
Advised he would discount the order $40 – so I though what the heck, I might as well stick it out now and get the damned things. -bad idea
He told me he would take care of it and get it out to me (my PO Box Address) and sent the package on 2/23 UPS – to a P.O. Box – what a Moron!
So the next day I call UPS and get the address changed to my physical address (which I try to avoid doing because I live on a large piece of property that has a locked gate too close to the street, where UPS drivers tend to leave packages to get greased by the locals)
More than a week goes by of me watching the update status of the package tracking go from day to day without any delivery attempts.
Today the item is being returned to sender?
So I called Mr. Michael Lee this afternoon and advised he refund my cost in full and forget the order since he obviously did not see the transaction through and suggested to him that he can be a failure with a good excuse (which is all he had) but his attempt at customer service is still a failure.
So to make a long story short I'm not getting the pups, I'll be ordering them from my local Music store where I should of in the first place (lesson learned)
Hope you all never have to deal with idiots like that!
