I was wondering, how much of electrical power I can get from Passive Fender Jazz Bass.

thinking of hooking up some lights.

I´m assuming that you are serious...but anyhoo you won´t get any power from a Passive bass. There is no electricity involved there.

Well, there is electricity of course, but a very small amount, not nearly enough to power anything! And, even if there were enough power, the audio signal would be compromized if anything else was in the chain.
