Fat slug J-Pickup question - EB Bongo 4 Bass

I was looking at some of the 2 pickup Bongo basses on the ernie ball website. Is it possible to buy an aftermarket version of what appears to be a "J pickup on steroids" that they're placing in the neck position? Like the neck pickup in this one:

I'm thinking of using one of those for a project bass. Let me know if you've seen these pickups anywhere.
