i was wondering how would i go about making a jazz sound more like a precision for more of a rock/grunge sound?

o and how much would this cost me in canadian money?

Try doing a mod to run the pickups in series. Just search the boards for "series mod".

I just pulled the S1 switch out of my US Jazz V. Want it?

Then you can get a tech to wire up your bass so you can switch from series to parralell.
