Fender Custom Shop Jazz PU's vs Fralin

Hey all. Need a little help here. I know this one has been hit on in a round about way in several different threads, but I'm having trouble finding exactly what separates these pickups in terms of how they're produced. I've played both and think they're both top notch pickups, but I definitely can tell a difference and prefer Fralins. As far as I can tell the materials used on each are identical. The Fender Custom Shop is in the process of making me a jazz and if you're willing to pay a lil extra they say they'll go the extra mile to get the sound/tone you want. Any suggestions for what I can ask for (other than asking them to drop Fralins in there, which I'm pretty sure wouldn't happen :-P)??
