Good acoustic guitar pickup?

My dad's birthday is coming up, and he really wants a new acoustic guitar pickup. What would you guys recommend?

Fishman makes quality stuff...so does Martin...

if you're looking for just a Piezo (no mic) then try the ribbon piezos by Fishman that fit into the slot underneath the saddle.

I've got one in my Carvin AC40 bass and it works great.

I installed the the K&K Pure Western on my Gibson about five years ago. Since then, every person that has heard my guitar and needed a PU has gone with K&K.

I Actually have the trinity, but play it PU only in loud settings with great results.

Get in touch with Bob G if you are interested. He does you right with the K&K stuff.
