Homemade FDVK bass w/Bartolini MMC to a series/parallel switch to volume to EMG BTC control done with all the typical neatness of a G&L cavity. Hell, I couldn't even figure out how I wired it up anymore!

i painted the cavities with nickel print shielding paint:
here's the control plate with quick connectors, added stacked pot (for the treble and bass) and 3 way rotary switch (series/parallel/split): |

| | | | Seriously though, it takes me 15 minutes to tuck in everything when I loosen my pick guard.
I have a PJ fretless with an EMG PA-2 (with the toggle still attached), two 9v batteries, and BTC system tucked into a space I've carefully routed to the point that I should call it the Humpty Dumpty bass because if I dropped it, the body would shatter like an eggshell. |

| | | Here is my Ibanez SR905 moded with Bartolini MK5CBC pickups & NTMB-918 preamp.
Black switch is 3-way mid freq. select.
Silver switches are 'series/coil-split/parallel' for each pickup.
vol/vol (one of them is push-pull preamp bypass). |

I like to tinker with wiring and am not bad at it but am not sure I'd want to compete with these for artistic value. Mine look more like the engine compartment of an everyday driver.
I hang my head in shame. :-)
