high-pass filter

Can someone please point me to where I might buy a stand-alone high-pass filter for cutting out low frequency content under @ 32hz while leaving everything else relatively unscathed? I'm looking for highest quality within a budget of say $50.

Is this possible?

I'm thinking I could run it in my amp's effects loop. Please educate me if there's a better way. Thanks.

Maybe this belongs in Amps? I dunno.

That looks like a nice unit, and the test and design doc was a good read.
