Highway One Jazz Volume Problem

I have a Highway One Jazz (upgraded) , had it about 8 months .

I 'm just noticing that the bridge pickup at max volume is about 1/4 the volume of the neck pickup at it's max.I don't remember there being that BIG of a difference in volume .

Anyone have a similar problem ? Any ideas of what it could be ?

Had that problem with my neck PU in my Highway One after 3-4 month of use. Tourned out that they didn't strip the winding-wire correctly .. the solder had no contact.
