Highway1 P +willpower P

Hi !
Im thinking of buying a highway 1 p bass. And i want to install a Dimarzio willpower p in it. And i was wondering if it is anything i have to be aware of, cuz of the "greasebucket"-thing?
And ive heard that people also wire up a mini switch to it, so i want to do that also
and the last question, do i have to do something to make the pu to sit just milimeters under the string? im aiming for very low action, aka sheehan =)

Any help apreciated!

Thank you =D
