I have a handful of Horizon 1/4" and XLR cables, all bought about 10 years ago, and have found them to be of good pro-level quality and have held up well.

The Horizon stuff I have among my collection of DIY and commercially made is all quality stuff. Actually at a certain product tier a lot of the companies like Horizon, Rapco, Whirlwind, ProCo etc are using the same quality and brands of connectors and raw cable, correctly chosen for the applications they are intended for.
