Hot and Common wire in Nodstrand pickups

Sign in to disble this ad
Guys,

I'm modding my Jazz with some Norstrand NJ5F and an Audere Pickup.

The Nordstrand pickup has a black and a white wire. Can you confirm that the "hot" is the white while the "common " is the black ?

Thanks a lot, Paolo

I had to reverse my black and white wiring cos it was out of phase with my piezos when it is "correct".
I wonder if it's okay to do that?

Yes. No problem at all to do that. Things can get tricky with piezos sometimes.
