Post How can I fix a grounding issue with my power conditioner?

Since I've had my rig, I've had an issue with ground loop hum/buzz. Thankfully, I've finally found the source!

It is some sort of grounding issue with my Furman PL-Plus power conditioner. My rig is completely buzz-free when my power conditioner is not touching any part of my line6 Bass pod, but when they are stacked on top of each other, there is buzz. This all makes sense now because my bass rig was stacked like this:

Furman PL-Plus power conditioner
Line6 bass POD Pro(Non-XT)
Sunn 1200s

So when I wasn't using the POD, it acted as a buffer between the conditioner and the head, but when I did use it, the ungrounding of the power conditioner created a buzz.

So now my questions are:
How can I stop the ungrounding of my Power conditioner? Could I just put something between the conditioner and my POD and have it be safe?

Sounds like you're getting a ground loop through the POD's and Furmans chassies. Is the Furman connected to a properly grounded outlet?

Yes, it is connected to a grounded outlet, and I've tested it on several outlets. I tried removing the grounding screw that runs to the chassis of the Bass Pod and having the grounding wire loopback onto itself, and it completely removed all hum, even if the power conditioner and the Pod were touching. Is it safe to operate my Pod like this?
