i accidently posted this in the basses forum
im running a ampeg b2r, through a svt 810e, with a ltd viper 104 and a schecter c-4xxx, both loaded with stock pickups.
now my viper sounds amazing with the stock pickups (esp sb-4's) real deep punchy bass tone, and my schecter sounds horrible with stock emg-hz's
heres my question shouldnt these 2 bass's sound similar because i thought the esp sb-4 pickups were modeled after the emg-hz's |
