I need a blend pot wiring diagram

Anybody here have a blend pot wiring diagram? I've found this one:

but the wiring around the blend pot seems more complicated than it needs to be to me. Any wires on this one that could be eliminated?

I don't have the direct links, but there are wiring diagrams at www.aguilaramp.com and www.sadowsky.com for the onboard bass preamps that both companies offer. Each diagram includes wiring guides for a blend pot that are a little simpler than the one posted above.
