 I need help !!! the EL TORO 1983 problem

I am trying to fix a bad 1/4 jack on this bass but can not find the right input jack for it. it has 4 lugs they are 2 red 1 yellow 1 black. The black and yellow I know. the reds are the batry and the electronics . sence I can not find the right jack can I put the two red together soder the yellow and the black to a mono and not hurt anything ? or will that run the 9v down ? can anyone help ? |
