I want my Jazz 2have 1vol/1pan/1tone! How2??

Ive got a mim fender jazz that i would love to hop up. I can do the wiring with my pal, but I want to find good pots/controls. The pups are a low priority (im just waiting for the right deal), but here's the deal... 1 master volume, 1 pan, 1 tone. You guys thing that will work ok? What considered a good pot (and not the green)? Where do I go to find a diagram of something like that? Thanks alot.
