Hey everyone,
I have a Q5 modulus (1999). I currently have the original EMG pickups in the bass. I haven't been thrilled with the tone of late, and I was looking to upgrade to a different set of pickups.
I'm looking for a punchy but full sound. I play through a GK700 RBII with a 115 RBH and 410svt (ampeg). There are a lot of good things said about bartolini pickups, and I know they are an option to upgrade on Modulus....which ones would I want to consider specifically?
