i want to upgrade my pickups, any suggestions?

hey guys,

recently i am looking into bass pickups,i have a fender mexican made standard p bass,and i want to upgrade my pickups, how about delano? are these pickups map my passive bass?

Why not just buy a better bass?

That's rude.

There's nothing wrong with mexican fenders. I have owned an MM stingray, an 08 MIA standard p bass, and my main gigging bass for the majority of this year was a modified mexican fender jazz.

My main touring bass is a modified Squire P (among MIMs, MIAs, Warwicks, and Laklands)

To the OP, the answer to "best" is pretty objective. What kind of tone are you going for? What styles suite you best, what's your price range?

These are all questions that will help everyone here give better advice.
