J Pickup for Passive P/J config

I've got a pretty sweet Fender Precision Special in the passive variety. Would like to replace the J pup with a hum canceling pup. Any suggestions?

Am I correct that all I would need is a hum canceling J to get rid of the buzz (hum) ?

Try a Duncan STK-J2b this pickup sounds great with my SPB-3 pickup. Very clean and with a bell tone clarity too. NO HUM! Love it! just a thought.

I put Nordstrand's P/J matched set in my bass and it is dead quiet and has excellent tone.

For noiseless with vintage tone at a reasonable price, DiMarzio Area J. (I haven't tried them, but they get good reviews.) If you like to solo the bridge pickup, you might want something with higher output, like the Model J.
