Both are great sounding and very well constructed preamps.
J-Retro is more aggressive on boost/cut and has a bypass switch among other features.
Audere is a more "flat" sounding pre, many users say that it adds no "color" to the tone, but IME it does, although I like the way it sounds. No bypass switch.

Have you got some experiences with antiquity 2 jazz bass and this twoonboard preamp ?

my recommendation would depend on the resistance ratings of the ant 2's thats written on the card attached to the bags they come in. theyre all wound different and two sets of antiquity 2's could sound pretty different and thus react different with those pre's.
