J style active pick ups

Sign in to disble this ad
I have a Yamaha RBX 750 A. It has two active Jazz style pick-ups. I love everything else about this bass but the pick-ups. I want to keep a Jazz syle pick up in it and keep the bass with active electronics. But I know nothing about pick ups and would like start shopping around to replace the pick ups. What are you recommendations?

EMG makes has active J picks if you want an active pick up but their are tons of great passive J pick ups you could run through on or outboard preamp.
