Anyone know if these are worth anything??? I got one ages ago to fit into a bass project i had going but never did. I dont need it now, and indeed i'm after another preamp for a new project. Just wondering if this is worth trying to sell or not?? its not 100% complete, no battery connector or toggle switch but the rest is there. ??

FWIW I've been trying to sell a Jackson Pro preamp for some time now, with no bites. It's a good pre, but I think not a desired brand name.

Long in short, it's a Jackson, so therefore it must suck.

Many people around here have that mentality.

Jackson to me is an underrated and under-appreciated brand.... but, let's keep it that way. The Prices on some stuff has gotten ridiculous....

But back on topic... the only people who'd want it unfortunately is somebody who is trying to restore and old Jacky/Charvel to mint condition.... (and that in itself is unlikely). Or, a Jackson/Charvel Lover.

Maybe talk to the Forum Bro "Amimbari"?
He's the man to see when it comes to J/C..

I'm not sure if I want to replace the broken J2000 on my 3B or make the bass passive...

The JE2000 is highly desired (especially among kids who worship Alexi Laiho). I've got one in my '93 USA Custom Soloist. Market it on ebay with Alexi's name attached to it, it'll sell.

And for those that say Jackson is crap, they're full of it. I own 2 Pre-CBS Strats a '72 V a '79 LP Custom Silverburst a '74 Rick 4001 and a Martin D-41 and the USA Jackson is my favorite instrument. The bad PR is just jealousy.
