Jazz bass 24 grounding issue?

I am thinking that my jazz bass 24 may have a grounding issue. When I place my fingers on the bridge or strings the buzzing stops.... So I am thinking that the ground wire for the bridge is ok. Any input would be appreciated. I don't think it's the normal single coil hum. Thanks

It's normal for a Jazz Bass to buzz a little.
