AFAIK - the only covers right now are the ones available for the P and the J.
At one time there was a very limited run on 5-er covers, but the bass ceased production after about 400 or so and they are so rare that you need White House credentials to see the one they have in the Smithsonian in DC.
With that wide bridge you say you have, the 5-er may have been the only viable cover to actually fit.
However, there are two Jazz models and they either will or won't have the big Coca-Cola '
F' on it or not - but dimensionally they are the same.
They are marketed under the Fender logo with a sidebar 'GearHead' icon on the package.
The Official Fender site lists no others but a Tele-Bass cover that is totally different and not era- or model-correct for a Jazz.
I have them both and the J covers all well, but if you have an oversized bridge, that might be your problem.
I found that my P has a factory stock, but oversized bridge and the standard P-cover won't fit at all.
I test-fitted the Jazz cover on my Deluxe Jazz and it would have fit there nicely too.
When correctly installed, you can just see tiny hint of the small round screw areas peeking out from under the cover but it's not supposed to show more than that.
But an HM bridge or anything but stock won't let the cover sit where it needs to go.
