Jazz Bass pickups

Fender Vintage Jazz Bass pickups vs Seymour Duncan SJB-1 Jazz Bass pickups.....

I'm leaning towards the Fenders because I think they might have a more balanced tone that is closer to the sound my Geddy Lee Jazz Bass gets. (although the pickups for the Geddy Lee Jazz Bass are completly made in Japan vs the Fenders that are made here)
These pickups will be installed in my Squire CV Jazz Bass.

Any thoughts??

sjb-1 ,2 and qpounders all sound better than vintage jazz to me ( and I have 3 jazzes a 74 vintage, modern and squier). Check out youtube for a lot of sound clips and good luck. By sounding better I mean clearer tone and more range of sounds (deeper lows and cleaner mids etc)

Any last thoughts????....I think it's going to be the Fender originals.
I want a close match to the pickups in my Geddy Lee Jazz Bass.

Pulling the trigger on a set today.

SJB-1 are great pickups! I had them in my Geddy for a year. They growl, bark, and do everything a Jazz bass is supposed to do. I'm trying out Aguilar 70s this time, though.
