Kent Armstrong MM3 Bass Eq falling apart?

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi There,

I am having a bass made and its almost done just coming to the electronics part. I am having Kent Armstrong Bass Soapbars paired with Kent Armstrong MM3 preamp.

Problem is he just told me that the ribbons have fallen apart from the pots and he says its really bad quality. Is this a bad or faulty preamp? I'm sure they can be easily soldered back together.

Does anyone have any input on what i should do next?
