I have an SX P bass, and althought the sound is good, i'm looking for something that is fatter and deeper with a good growl.
The best comparison in sound is Pino Palladino. I'm not trying to copy his sound, i just liek the way it sounds, but my fingers will do the rest to get the rest to shape the tone.
A couple of brands I was browsing was Bartonlino and nordstrand.
Please advise.
