Hi,
I have a Fender Marcus Miller 4 string, and I was looking for more of an early 60's jazz bass sound. I don't want to get rid of the bass because I love it. But I was thinking about making some pickup and preamp changes. I am interested in the Seymour Duncan Antiquity I and an Aguilar OBP-1 preamp. I not very knowledgeable in the electronics field. Can someone tell what would have to go into making these changes with the Marcus Millers' active/passive crossover? Also, any suggestions on other pickups or preamps. Please advise, thanks. |
