I say spray a black pair flat black yourself? Probably your best bet.

Those kind of covers are usually found on dirt cheap pickups.
Just buy a cheap P-bass pickup and take the covers.

If you want them with no holes, get these, they have a nice textured finish like on EMGs.

The covers they have with holes might be matte also.
