Well it looks like the Mike Pope Flexcore internal preamp is now available--check it out! MichaelPopeDesign.com State of the Art Preamps From Me To You
Pretty cool; the website configures the system for you based on however you want your setup. Also, you can apparently use the Flexcore for any type of bass and/or pickup. (For those of you that don't know, Mike is the designer for the preamps used in high end Fodera basses. Guy knows his stuff.)
