| Like I said the pickups are really overwound, half again more than a standard Jazz pickup, so what suffers is the treble. And the reason I removed the passive tone control, I wasn't ever going to remove the top end and it gets in the way of a good signal. ...... I'm thinking I'll get more use from a mid/treble combo. .... Just fishing for brands that offer that already. |
