new pickup configuration - need help please

i have a copley ceb-51 5 string bass. the stock pickups sound AMAZING, but due to lack of sheilding inthe pickup cavity, as well as the control cavity - i get some Narley noise that comes from the single coil jazz pickups. here is my question..

im looking at the 5 string set from EMG - the J5 Set - but that set, comes with hookups for 3 knobs. my bass has 4 pots... master volume, Bass, Tone, and a roll off knob that selects which pickup is active, or any percentage of each.

i've reciewed the wiring diagram for those pickups, and it seems, that if you go with the 4 pot config - you still need a switch, that controls witch pickup is active.

what should i do?
