No-Capacitor vs. Capacitor

Ive noticed my bass doesnt have any capacitor in its circuit (1 MM pup, Volume pot, Tone push pull series/singlecoil),

I know the tone is different vs a circuit with a capacitor, but, is there any other thing that a "capless" circuit produces or affects?

All you are doing is not bleeding highs to ground. If you want a technical explanation, the impedance of the load against the pickups and output is increased at higher frequencies, and there is no capacitive reactance of any sort, except for that of the very small parasitic capacitance that all real world components have.

Omitting a tone control is equivalent to increasing the resistance of a tone pot from the usual 250k/500k/etc. to infinity. The difference between 250k and 500k for tone controls is basically the same difference as between having a tone control and not.
