No sound on Jazz Bass

I have a 2010 Mexican Jazz that's having a problem. I pulled it out on Thursday for a school concert and let it sit inside my vehicle after that. It sat until today in plus 15 degrees and up weather inside my vehicle. Now it does not give off any sound. Wasn't a bad cable because I plugged my other jazz in and it worked. What are my possible areas to open up for a better look?

I'm not knowledgeable about those models, but if it's got an active preamp, the battery might be out.

Open the control plate where the volume/tone controls live and check the wire at the jack (where you plug the 1/4" cable into. Check that wire for stability. Could have had a bad solder joint there and even the jolt of laying the bass in a vehicle could knock it loose.

That lead being loose will kill all sound to the amplifier.

Thank you so much. It did pop off right on the output jack. If it wasn't for you. I wouldn't have it for a gig tomorrow. Thanks again!
