Noiseless pickups on a Jazz Bass...

Hi, I'm planning on upgrading a Fender Jazz bass (Mexican, 2003) with Noiseless Jazz bass pickups (http://fender.com/products/search.php?partno=0992102000) and was wondering about putting 500k pots in my bass instead. It is a passive bass. I currently have the stock pots which are 250k, along with the stock pickups. I've read that noiseless pickups tend to take off a bit of your high end so I was wondering if putting 500k pots in it would "compensate" by making it a bit brighter. Also, if I were to use those pickups with 500k pots, what kind of capacitor would I need to get? I'm looking for a pretty bright tone. Planning on ordering pots/capacitor from stewmac.com. Thanks.
