Non-Magnetic Screwdrivers?

Is it necessary to stick to non-magnetic screwdrivers when working with pickups? What about other ferrous metal objects that may have been polarized magnetically? Can they screw up your pickups?

No harm will come to your pickups by using ordinary ferrous metal hand tools. I'd me more worried about f-ing up the screw heads by using softer tools made from softer non-ferrous metals. Although titanium would be cool... never mind.

The enemies of permanent magnets are heat and sharp impacts.

On the subject of softer metals in screws, etc. Does anybody make Fender-spec screws for pickups, pickguards, neck plates, etc. out of harder or higher-quality materials? If not, would that be a good business to start?
