Noob wiring diagram question.

Im trying ti wire my tele with a full humbucker in the neck, a mini hot rail humbucker in the bridge, and a super 5 way switch. whas the deal with the 2 rows of prongs in this diagram? Its confusing the hell out of me.. help? Thanks, heres the diagram as a PDF:

Well Im sitting here looking at the physical switch in front of me, and it only has 12 prongs. 1, 5, 5, and 1. that diagram shows 24 though. why?

could someone maybe just explain that to me? I understand this isnt the fastest forum on TB, but I think its a pretty simple question.. thanks.

It's a 4P5T switch in the form of a standard 5 way blade switch.
You need to get one in order to do this wiring.
