Just installed a pair of these in my new Warmoth and I'm getting nothing, not a single peep or crackle. The black and gray wires are both grounded right? And the white wires from each pickup are hot? Or did I really screw the pooch on this one?

I thought they used 4-conductor cables?

Are there 4 wires and a shield from each pickup? Only one wire from each pickup goes to ground, the shield also goes to ground, one goes to hot, and two of them should be soldered together.

Cant help colourwise as each brand uses different combinations, surely there was an instruction sheet with the pups?

Did you wire these to pots?

The White and Black wires are your hot and common.

There is another wire which is your shield. This is simply to ground the poles to reduce the hum. Its really a not need and if you cut that wire from your wiring and you have sound, there is your problem. Maybe another builder can chime in but I had no problem getting mine to work.

There are three wires; white, black and gray.

Hi,
do you have a meter? It would be the first step to verify the electric "continuity"....
If it is ok, wire the pups White = hot, black = common (ground) and gray shield (ground).
