Nordstrand NJ4SE with Fender's S1

Hi, I've just bought new set of Nordstrand's NJ4SE and want to upgrade my F Jazzbass with S1 switch. Does anybody have diagram for it? I'm already confused from it, there are so many possibilities how to solder it and I'm not a real electronical guy.. Those Nordy's have 3 wires cables.

Thanks a lot, I hope I will have silend guitar with that double coils.. D.
