I was curious if anyone knew of any soundclips directly comparing Nordstrand Fat Stacks or Big Splits or Singles to jazz pickups (Nordie or otherwise). I've looked around on here but don't know that I've seen either a) one clip that has both types of pickups side by side or at least b) clips by the same person with the different pickups. Of course, even with the same person making the clips, there are gonna be other differences in the bass (possibly amp, etc.)... But it's just hard to get a good idea of how they compare to regular jazz pickups when I have to find x clip of one by one person and y clip of the other by someone else somewhere else... Know what I mean? |
