ntbt + tc3 as boost frec.switch?

hi, I have a ntbt 2 band preamp and I like the idea to use in conjunction with a tc3 boost...its possible?
I want put a switch with the tc3 with three positions Boost "x" frec-flat-boost "y" frec).
I saw the diagram from bartolini but I dont know how solder it and with capacitors use to boost determinates frecuencies...

any advice/wiring diagram is very welcome!
