OBP-1 wired into a foot pedal

Sign in to disble this ad
Two questions:
any one put an OBP-1 into a foot pedal?
If so, you have a wiring diagram for this application?
I got the pre cheap but don't want to carve up either of my old basses.....

Thanks!

Here's how Aguilar used to package it (known as the DB924, now discontinued):

It is 100% possible. You will probably want to wire in the volume knob to it though, and I believe that as long as you put the volume last in the circuit, a 25k ohm pot will work. Somebody will need to verify this 100% for me though, but that is my understanding of an active circuit volume control.

As mentioned, I got the pre amp cheap (ok free) and I have a pedal chasis so I don't need the Sadowsky - as good as it sounds. Just some wiring advice.
