ok so i wanna get the most outta some big singles what do you think i should go with an audere classic 4 band or aggie obp 3. keep in mind im looking for the best 3 knob combination. which will give me the most balls

The OBP-3 is definitely more aggressive. The Audere 4-band is more pristine and hi-fi.

Sounds like you want the Aguilar...

I've no experience with the Audere, however I've had the OBP3 in a P/J for a couple of years. Getting ready to swap it for a John East. I really like the OBP3 EXCEPT for the bass tone control. 18db of boost/cut at 40 hz with what feels like a fairly wide Q: end result is overkill. Too fine of a line between fat and boomy - no middle ground, no nuance whatsoever. Great for reggae, but not much else... (IMHO)
