Do you get a hum that goes away when touch metal/strings/bridge?

If so, you have a shielding issue, there is nothing wrong with your wiring.

Have you checked the ground connections?
Shielding is one thing, but it needs to be connected to ground.

All grounds are fine,i went over all connections re-soldering them just incase there was a dry joint, seems the pickup is the problem, even screened the pole pieces, but no luck.
