passive/active help
 

I put a Seymour Duncan MM pup in my homemade bass with the active preamp and 1 vol and 3 tone controls. Where my question comes in, is it even possible to wire this same setup passively? I have not been able to find any diagrams that use more then one tone control on a single humbucker... I am new to the wiring aspect so any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah, you can wire that up passively.

What do you want, just volume and tone? Just wire it up like a P bass.
