Pick-up Change-up

Long story short, the stock MEC's in my Warwick Corvette Std. 6 are driving me crazy. I'm not a big fan of them. I use the bridge pick up almost exclusively and find myself rolling the treble nob all the way down while keeping the bass at the locking half position in order to get the tone i like. So Im committed to replacing them with something that will actually work for me.

Tone wise, I'm looking for a Pick up that will still give me some definition in the treble department but not be any where as "Starchy" as the MEC have been for me.

My only downside is that i would like them to be soapboxes that fit into the bass as is (I just don't want to change the body at all)

Any suggestions?

What's the dimensions of those pickups?

I tried to find the exact measurements from MEC, but couldn't find any of their Soapbox HB/HB stats for a six sting version. I'm not sure if this is exactly what you looking for, but my ruler says they are about 12cm long by 3cm wide. Thanks for your help.
